Spin & Sculpt

This ride is meant to challenge your body and boost your stamina. Throughout the class you will pedal your way to a higher fitness level while incorporating light arm weights to engage your upper body muscles.  This combination of cycling and resistance training will help you build lean muscle, improve endurance and leave you feeling accomplished after class.

Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or new to indoor cycling, this class is perfect for anyone looking to have a blast while getting in a great workout. 20/20/20

Join one of our most popular formats designed to offer 3 variations in one class! 20 Minutes of Dynamic Movements, connecting your mind and warming up your body. 20 Minutes of low impact, high intensity strength training to tone and define. 20 Minutes of Restorative stretching with assists to end your practice with relaxing, gentle or still movements while quieting the mind and allowing your breath to carry you through. All levels welcome and modifications will be given to ensure you're able to maximize your benefits!


30/30 Cycle + Flow

A fun and energizing class that combines traditional movements with strength training exercises, using props and equipment such as light weights, resistance bands, and more.
